GRANITE, MARBLE AND STONE ADHESVIE

GIOFIX G80 is a two component polyester adhesive for marble, travertine, granite, ceramic, brick and other similar materials and stones. It is used for gluing, repairing and filling up porous surfaces. Has rapid cure time (3 to 8 mins at 25°C). Provides excellent brightness after using granite polishing machines. It is suitable for horizontal and vertical applications. no shrinkage during hardening. No color change, cracking or shrinkage during hardening period.

Application Areas

Fixing and gluing all types of stones such as Granite, Marble, Travertine, Ceramic, Brick and other similar porous and non-porous types of stones.

How To Use:

1- Grind the surface to be glued with hard grinding paper and remove any dust, moisture and oil from the surface. The surface to be treated must be clean and completely dry.
2- Take required amount of stone glue and mix it with hardener paste at 2–3% of volume. Close the cap of unused part of the adhesive immediately.
3- In 3 to 8 minutes it will be set.
Hardener Mix Ratio: 2–3%
Gel time at 25°C: 3–8 mins
Full Cure time at 25°C: 10–12 mins
